Usage Instructions:
Use 4.5 oz of seasoning per 10 lbs. of meat (or .88 lbs. seasoning per 25 lbs. of meat).
Mix seasoning thoroughly with ground meat, cure (if smoking), and water to ensure even distribution. Stuff into natural or collagen casing and smoke to perfection. *CURE IS INCLUDED
