How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within two business days after the order is complete, an email confirmation will be sent when the order is processed.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
You will receive a tracking number the day the order is shipped and timing will be determined by location and may take 1-3 business days. We use USPS and UPS to ship all purchases.
Can you ship my order outside the U.S.?
At this time, we do not deliver outside the U.S.
What is the best way to store unused spices?
Spices should be stored in a sealed container, out of direct sunlight and stored in a low humidity environment.
Why are my spice bottles purchase, not completely full?
REO Spice products are sold by quantity or weight and not by volume. The density of the spice or blend may account for different volume, thus making a standard bottle not look as full as others. Some settling may occur during shipping.
What is the shelf life of spices?
Generally we recommend the shelf life to be 18 months, if stored properly
