Certificate of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is required for each spice or ingredient that is allowed into our facility.  COA’s are used to confirm compliance of the product specifications that REO Spice & Seasoning has established.



Raw materials are traced from the supplier into our facility, throughout production with lot numbers.  We practice First in First out (FIFO) to maintain the freshest possible products for our customers.



Our food safety program is verified by a third-party audit conducted by SQFI.  SQFI certification ensures our successful compliance with all industry food standards.
