- 80 quart Stock Pot
- 8 gallons Water
- 3 Lemons halved
- 3 Oranges halved
- 16oz REO Firewater
- 16 oz REO Crawfish Boil
- 3 lb small red potatoes
- 10 small ears Corn on Cob
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs button mushrooms
- 2 lbs smoked sausage
- 1 stick butter
- 4 lbs medium de-headed shell on shrimp
Bring to boil water in stock pot (pot should be 1/3 full) along with lemons,
oranges, REO firewater, REO crawfish. Boil 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, boil another 5 minutes.
corn, boil another 5 minutes. Add sausage, mushrooms, butter, boil another 5 minutes.
boil another 2 minutes.
Remove from stock pot, serve and eat.
