Usage Instructions
· Use a little over 6 oz. (.388 lb.) per 10 lbs. of meat
(or 1.94 lbs. per 50 lbs. batch)
· Mix thoroughly with ground meat, cure, and cold water until seasoning is evenly distributed.
· For maximum flavor, let the seasoned meat rest overnight under refrigeration.
· Stuff into natural or collagen casings and smoke to an internal temperature of 160°F. * CURE IS INCLUDED
