Great base jerky seasoning, with a good amount of black pepper. Can add coarse black pepper or ground red pepper if you like it on the hot side, available in 2 different sizes. The 8oz package will season 12-15lbs of meat and the 16oz bag will season approximately 25-30lbs of meat.
Only use Quick Cure if you are going to go thru the smoking process. Its pink color helps distinguish it from salt. Quick Cure is made of salt and sodium nitrite(6.25%)which is the approved amount of the FDA. Use as directed, more is not better and it can be toxic! *Keep out of the reach of children*
