We are getting into the peak months of crawfish season here in the south. While the season typically runs mid-January through early June, the months of March, April, and May are the peak times to eat some of those delicious little mudbugs.

Being so close to the Gulf Coast, there is no shortage of restaurants to visit to satisfy your crawdad fix.
